When you place your order online, we will send you an email containing your order confirmation number. Your order is transmitted directly to our secure servers, where it will be processed by our dedicated sales associates during normal business hours (Monday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm).
Orders will be delivered on the same day if ordered online before 3:00 pm. If you opt to pick-up in our store on Shedden Road, orders placed online before 6:00 pm will be available for pickup until the store closes at 7:00 pm.
If you need your order sooner, get in touch with one of our representatives who will attempt to get it to you as quickly as possible.
Please keep in mind that Jacques Scott Wines & Spirits is committed to responsible alcohol use. We enforce a strict ID checking policy on all purchases, whether delivered or picked up from the store. Deliveries will not be made to anyone under 18 years of age.
