Cayman Islands Brewery

Cayman Islands Brewery was launched in 2007 and prides itself on its environmentally friendly production and distribution, including returnable bottles. The company produces four main beers plus seasonals. Why not sample and enjoy them all?

  • 345 Beer is a crisp and refreshing light lager and one of the Islands’ most popular beers.
  • 345 Stout is bold, strong stout with a dark rich chocolate flavor that is brewed with specialty, dark aromatic malts.
  • Caybrew is a full-bodied premium lager with a clean, crisp character and is the brewery’s flagship product.
  • Caybrew Light is a premium light lager with only 95 calories and 2.4 grams of carbs. It’s also specially crafted to remove the gluten.
  • Ironshore Bock is an amber beer that is brewed with specialty hops from the Cascade Mountains to 7%.
  • White Tip Lager is a smooth, moderate-bodied pilsner and the world’s first conservation beer. Part of the profits are donated to Cayman Marine Conservation.
  • Caybrew Twisted Citrus is a limited edition seasonal craft beer that features fresh orange and grapefruit notes.
  • Caybrew Mango Tango is a limited edition seasonal craft beer that features tropical mango and a hint of coconut.
  • Pirate’s Gold is a seasonal amber lager that is released in the Fall of each year to coincide with Cayman’s Pirate’s Week festivities
